Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)

 

 

1. Shipment Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 8-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • [Optional - If you have a peak season or specific product that takes longer]: During peak holiday seasons or for made-to-order items (e.g., custom apparel), processing time may extend to 11-22 business days. Any such delays will be communicated clearly on the product page.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)

 

FAKXZ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

 

FAKXZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and our support team immediately at fakxzwear@gmail.com.

 

 Important Notes

 

  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: If the customer provides an incorrect address during checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
