FAKXZ Return & Exchange Policy

​All Sales Are Final

Every garment at FAKXZ is custom-produced upon order. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please reference the exact measurements listed on each product page prior to purchasing.

​Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact support within 7 days of delivery at fakxzwear@gmail.com with:

​Your order number

​Clear photos of the damaged area / misprint

​A photo of the full garment and shipping label

​Once verified, we will immediately process a replacement order at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be honored due to production windows.
